SCRIPT WRITING
LATE NIGHT DOUBLE BILL
New Years Eve, 1996. There's a film on, two in fact - the late night double bill. Tonight it's in honour of Tony Matthews. You remember Tony Matthews? The actor who once thrilled thousands of young boys as Special Agent Sam Steel. Of course, Tony won't be watching, he hates watching himself. But when an unexpected guest arrives, Tony finds himself compelled to tune in. As his old films play out in front of him, Tony is forced to confront the ghosts of the past and the present.
Short play produced as part of 'Writing Out Loud' for 2024's Poole Pride. I was one of three local writer's whose work was performed.
